So there I was, at the Seattle Aquarium, looking at weird fish and birds that I'd never seen before. I ended up there with the Seattle City Pass, because I was like "I better get my money back off that sh*t!". As always in aquariums, I ended up reading the texts presenting the fish more than actually looking at them. I attended several immersion programs at Seattle University before classes started. I made a friend named Erica in one of them. At the end of the program we decided on a whim that we would go to the Space Needle the next day. And so we did. That's approximately the size of the Space Needle compared to the Eiffel Tower... This afternoon I wanted to go to the City-Target of Downtown Seattle to buy the pillow protector I was missing. But on the way I ran into a strange building... That's right, the Seattle Central Library! This is not one of my pictures! This building was designed by Dutch architect Rem Koolhaas and was opened in 2004. I had to go on the top floor! One morning I went grocery shopping at 7am because I was hungry (great) and to buy some Tide detergent (yay). I chose to shop at QFC on Broadway because it's the closest shop to the University and it's open 24/7. First I went pick up a Tide Pods box. I was already happy. But then I went to the snack aisle, hoping to find the "Popcorn, Indiana" popcorn that I had discovered three days before, but there was none. Read more...
